The October Event of AmRC was to benifit Stroke Awareness and the Following Sponsors
V8rallyranger's Rally F.A.S.T.- Save a Life Stroke Awareness Campaign goal is to educate the signs of stroke.
Our associate sponsors are, Rallylights.com they will be on hand to supply safety gear at the garage for competitors and will have a vendor location on Saturday. Come out to meet them.
While DaD's Perfomance could not make the event. He overseas serving in the USAF. His company builds, affordable, efficient, fast, smart and dynamic raw performance. BRAKIM Racing helped Johnconcha.com and Anthony Concha are our Media Officers, have introduced Independence Sports Magazine's Cathy Poston to cover the event for the tristate in print and online. We cant go with out mentioning the awesome film works of JOHNNYPICTURES.COM who will be making another movie of the American Rally-Cross event. Keep an eye out for this guy He will be doing interviews for the film and might catch you sleeping, haha. look in the media tab for his past short film done @ NJMP of our group in 2012.

Compete, Volunteer, Spectate October 26 2013 the American Rally-cross hosts it first event at Pocono Raceway Compete on NEPA's most famous race track. Come run the south course; off pit road into turn 1 and Left 2 into the the infield sections including the gravel section. Tech starts Friday 6pm to 11pm. Members get over night camping, race day on Saturday. Sups, Regs, and tech will be posted soon as available. All welcome to the infield to spectate be close to the Action. This is a European type rally cross with FIA rules and American Rally-Cross bulletins, all cars must pass a Tech inspection, and safety bulletins, window nets will be required if you have no window glass. Registration and Tech opens Friday October 25, 7pm. There will be on track camping for Friday night come join the party. Drivers meeting in the morning, practice, qualifying, heats, and main event. Classes: 2WL, 2WS, 4WL, 4WS. With FIA Rally Cross competition format. Rt 80 Exit 284S south on RT 115, left on Long Pond rd. Long Pond, PA 18334
The entrance is Right off of long pond road. Check in, go through the tunnel and Park walk up to the gate at the paddock. you will be directed |
The Spectator area from the paddock you can see 95% of the 1.5 mile South Course. with a spectator area up close to the action in the middle of the course designated by the race way all the action is up close and visible. Keep site on your drivers all day.
2012, The American Rally-Cross History
Rally Racers held their first 2 self sanctioned events with the cooperation from New Jersey Motorsports Park 2012.
The series was originally sanctioned by Rally-America since 2010. In the fall of 2012, RA cancelled a week prior to the event. The racers came together with NJMP to continue the series. It was a grass-roots race day called "Fan Appreciation Day 2012". The racers then banned together to complete the remaining season by continuing the Fall & Winter events to complete the 4 race series.
Once the season was completed American Rally-Cross was formed to rebuild and regionalize the Rally Cross series for future growth at multiple tracks or locations.
2013 the American Rally-Cross inaugural Fall event will be held at Pocono International Raceway, 1234 Long Pond, Pennsylvania. The well known Tricky Triangle hosts many types of racing events and wants to include
rally cross to its legendary history.
The Course will be set on South Course. Utilizing Turn 1 and infield sections for a 1.4mile course. that will be run in multiple lap rally cross format. We have opened registration.
